Design Services Unit - Building Design Consultants, was established some 20 years ago by Brian Mawtus and became a limited company at the beginning of 2004.
A variety of projects have been completed over the years covering small extensions, individual homes, housing estates, blocks of flats – both new build and conversions, offices and industrial units.
Hand drawn drawings are still used in many cases but the majority of our work is produced using computer aided design (CAD).
